Najboljša klopca z najlepšim razgledom. |
Klopco sta postavila dva domačina in partizana Ferdo Igerc in Lojze Skerlovnik.
Nazaj v tisto hrupno mesto, kjer prevladujejo zlobni čvekači in prometni vrvež.
Nazaj v smog, meglo in umazan zrak. Nazaj v beton in zapor za štirimi stenami.
umiriš in zbereš.
Narava zdravi, popravi in človeka pripravi.
Lepe praznike vsem.
Napis vreden posnemanja tudi drugod. |
ENG:
After a long time I climbed with my dogs Lucky and Lumpi to the top of Šteharnikov vrh (1018m). A little lower, on the edge of a small field, just before the ascent to Šteharnikov vrh, there is a lonely bench, hidden under the spruce canopy, with a wonderful view of Uršlja gora.
It was built by two locals and partisans, Ferdo Igerc and Lojze Skerlovnik. I used to take a break on this bench almost every day more than ten years ago to read my books in peace and to immerse myself in the study of history. Climbing to the Šteharnik bench helped me to relax and better organize and collect my thoughts. Walking to the bench motivated me to get out into the fresh air and take a walk in nature, which had a positive effect on my well-being. Allowing yourself to connect emotionally with other living things in nature that are also part of your mind, body and philosophy makes many of life's challenges easier to overcome. That's how it worked for me.
The feelings on this bench are much more relaxed, I feel more at home here than in the city. I remember the resistance with which I always returned to the valley, unless the cold or bad weather forced me to do so. Most people complain about how hard it is to climb the mountains, preferring to sit at home in front of the screen or in the pub and waste their precious time instead of writing a success story. That's why I always find it hard to go back to the valley, back to such people who are waiting for time to catch up with them and can not be helped. Back to this noisy city, dominated by evil chatter and traffic noise. Back to smog, fog and dirty air. Back to concrete and prison behind four walls. Today it is much easier for me when I am accompanied by my dogs. It has also more than doubled the successes in my life.
Everything you need for a happy and relaxed life is available up there in the hills. We are not aware of it. We appreciate it even less. It is a great sin to stay at home and look for excuses not to be happy. In the mountains and forests you can stop for a moment, calm down and gather yourself. There you find your peace, which helps you to strengthen your mind and your body. There you strengthen and develop yourself. It's where you prepare yourself for all the important challenges that await you in life. Thinking about myself, I can say that without walks in nature, without forests and hills, I would not have achieved my goals and successes so easily. Nature heals, repairs and prepares people. Blessed are those who truly live in such a world.
Even today, on the eve of Labor Day, when many bonfires are lit in our country, we found it difficult to return to the valley. Not so much because of the people and the noise, but because of the disconection from nature. Here, people are filled with primal energy. But we will return soon to reminisce about good memories and make new plans for future work successes and victories still on the way. Happy holidays to all.
